Tutorial: Path Shapes SnoGirl

Tip: She's put together in such a way that's kind of like doing a puzzle only you're also making the actual pieces too.
This is Part 1 of a possible 2

To Start, Create a New Image -  Canvas White/Single Colour 400 pixels W by 400 pixels H. Click OK.

Click on the Path Drawing Tool to activate it.

We're going to use an off-white, so click on the Color box and enter the RGB values 248, 241, 230 (HEX #F8F1E6).  In Mode, make sure it's set at 3D Object.

 

You'll find all the shapes you need to make her using the various shapes available in Path Tool / Custom Shapes:

You'll also find a few in Path Tools / Shape:

List of Path Shapes you need to Use (in random order): You'll need to adjust the Material / Bevel Settings / Width & Depth for the different shapes (See graphic above for location).

Use the Transform Tool to Resize your shapes, rotate them, flip them around and all kinds of fun stuff.

Save her as a .ufo so you can use her again and again. You can also drag her pieces into the Easy Palette for quick access. 

She's pretty in White but if you'd like to give her some colour, go to Part 2...
